Your OC EventManager software is a powerful tool that helps you effectively manage your events, and we want you to make the most of it. As such, we offer a dedicated team that provides face-to-face training and e-learning courses, so you can learn what you need to achieve your goals.
Once your solution is ready to go, you will attend a training program which is individually tailored to you and your team and the type of events you organize. We also offer additional training at your convenience which can be provided at a location of your choice, at our training facility or online.
Additionally, there is a full suite of training videos, documentation, and tips in our online user portal.

Event Build Service
The One Communication Event Build Service is designed to be a comprehensive end-to-end, event building service delivered by our team of experienced event management professionals. As such it covers everything that you need to deliver your event.
One Communication can ‘build’ your event for you, removing all of your time and resource constraints and delivering back to you a fully configured, ready to go event, designed to meet your precise needs and requirements, and working to your deadlines and objectives.
The Event Build team takes a consultative approach, but at the same time is extremely hands-on. Their expertise in, and experience of, creating events using OC EventManager software will be at your disposal. Who better to build these events than our own internal specialists? The team will work with you to really understand your business, and how the event needs to support your business or event objectives.
